Missing Records
As part of our medical records screening service, our team of Medical Analysts identify and support the resolution of missing records across a client’s clinical history.
This includes locating records that may not have been provided by NHS Trusts, private providers, expert witnesses, or third-party suppliers. Where appropriate, we also assist in retrieving historical medical records in cases where a client is unable to recall providers, dates, or treatment pathways.
We recognise that missing or incomplete records are one of the most common causes of delay in clinical negligence and personal injury cases. Our proactive approach helps to reduce these delays by identifying gaps early and taking swift action to obtain the required documentation.
